A safe, spacious, and personal companioning experience where we slow down, listen deeply, and nurture a loving, authentic walk with Jesus in the midst of everyday life.
Retreats
We facilitate group spiritual direction for workplaces and retreat environments, providing a gentle space for shared reflection and encouragement. We also offer online retreats throughout the year to help you breathe, rest, and reconnect with God’s presence.

How We Work
Spiritual Direction Process

“Discovery” Meeting (20 mins)
We begin with an initial meeting where we get to know you, share a little about ourselves, and explore what your spiritual direction journey could look like.

Regular Meetings
We meet monthly for a 50-minute session, creating a steady rhythm in which to discover, discern, and deepen your walk with God

Home Work
Following each session, you’ll be invited into reflective practices that deepen the work God is doing in you before we meet again.

How does billing work?
We have a simple billing system which allows you to pay for services on a monthly or yearly basis.
How much does it cost?
We charge a simple flat fee of $120 per session.
Is our meeting confidential?
Everything you discuss is held in confidence, creating a non-judgmental and trustworthy environment.
How regular do we meet?
Spiritual direction is generally a long term professional relationship between two people. This trusted relationship generally meets on a monthly basis and can continue for many years.
What should i expect?
Sessions, typically involve you sharing your experiences, thoughts, and questions about your relationship with the God, while the director offers guidance, poses questions, and provides resources for prayer or contemplation. You should also be prepared to potentially discuss both the joys and struggles of your life as they relate to your faith and spiritual path.
Can my spouse join us?
We encourage you and your spouse to see spiritual director’s individually as this is a highly personal journey.
